- This policy explains how and why Keynsham Cricket Club ("KCC") collects personal information about our members, coaches, and volunteers.
- KCC will always comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA).. For the purposes of GDPR and the DPA, Keynsham Cricket Club will be the Data Controller of individual's personal data.
- We reserve the right to alter, update or change this policy at any time and without prior notice. The latest version of this policy will always be published on keynshamcricket.com.

Our commitment:
- KCC will apply proportional controls and security standards to protect personal data and guard against unauthorised access, alteration, loss, misappropriation or destruction.
- We will provide timely notification to you in the event of any breach of your personal data.
- We will not transfer your data outside of the E.U. without your consent.
- We will never sell your personal data or share it with third parties except in circumstances described by this policy or where we are required to do so by law.
- Records will be reviewed regularly to determine where we are still entitled to process personal data.
- No personal data will be retained longer than necessary and will be securely destroyed at the point it is no longer required to meet either the legitimate, contractual or legal interests of KCC.
- Where a third party has been engaged to conduct services on behalf of KCC that requires the sharing of personal data, only the minimum required to carry out the services will be shared and a contract will be put in place to give assurances that the data processor will apply appropriate controls and protections to the data.
