Club Refurbishment
In order to bring the club up to date and make it a more attractive facility, both for current and future users, the committee has begun a project to develop and refurbish the pavilion. Much of the decor and fixtures are originals from when the pavilion was built almost 30 years ago and are well overdue an update so this is a substantial and significant project. While cricket remains the priority, the committee recognises that we need to provide a facility that as many other groups and members of the local community will want to use in order to secure the club's future success.
A professional interior designer has been consulted and the below images show an indication of what the new layout, furniture and decor will look like. In addition improvements are planned to the outdoor and decking areas, including fresh paint and new seating. Our thanks go to Fawn Interiors for all their help with this scheme.

To this end we have set up a MyDonate page where contributions can be made towards the refurbishment effort. All contributions, large and small, will be very gratefully received.

Coffee AreaThe area in front of the kitchen will have a coffee shop style look with flexible stools, tables and lower bench seating. Representation on the walls of both the cricket club and cycling club.

BarThe bar stays in the same position but is slightly narrower and deeper. New storage behind the bar and removable seating in front.

Bar / Coffee AreaFlexible seating that can be moved or rearranged depending on the event or time of day. Glass shelf incorporated into the existing pillar.
Lounge AreaSofa and bucket style seating in the lounge area around the existing TV position. Durable, hard floors throughout.
Darts / TVInterchangeable darts and noticeboards at the end of the coffee area. Additional TV so seating can be set up theatre style for bigger televised events.
