Terms and Conditions 2017
- Entry to the Festival will only be permitted on production of a valid ticket. Gates open at 12pm and the Festival runs until 9pm. No entry or re-entry after 8.30pm.
- All tickets sold are non-refundable and must be purchased in advance. No tickets will be available on the day.
- The Festival is held on private land and Keynsham Cricket Club reserve the right to refuse entry to the Festival or to ask anyone to leave the Festival at any time should their behaviour be deemed unacceptable or a detriment to the enjoyment of others.
- We operate a policy of requiring proof of age at the Festival. Anyone suspecting of being under 18 years old who are unable to produce valid proof of age will be refused service at the bars regardless of whether they have purchased a ticket.
- Service at our bars is entirely at the discretion of the Club and its staff and will only be granted to individuals wearing a valid wristband (to be exchanged for your ticket on arrival)
- Under 18s do not require a ticket to enter providing they are accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Keynsham Cricket Club operates a zero tolerance approach to the possession of illegal drugs. We also extend this policy to include NOS canisters / laughing gas. Anyone found in possession of these materials will be asked to leave and the police will be called.
- Anyone found to have brought their own alcohol into the event will be asked to leave.
- Well behaved dogs that are kept on leads are welcome providing no mess is left behind.
- Ticket holders must respect our neighbours by leaving promptly and quietly via designated exits at the close of the Festival.
Please note: Tickets have a face value of £7 but online sales are charged at £8 due to postage and processing costs.
